Getting started
5 QsWhat is Easy Create?
Easy Create is an AI creative platform for making ad-ready images and videos from simple inputs—product photos, URLs, text prompts, and references—without needing a traditional design or editing workflow.
What can I create with Easy Create?
You can create static ad creatives, image variations, background swaps, AI-generated images, and short-form videos (including text-to-video, image-to-video, multi-image, and reference-driven video). You can also refine footage in the Video Editor and build local/hyperlocal creatives in Local Creatives.
Who is Easy Create built for?
It’s built for marketers, ecommerce brands, growth teams, freelancers, and agencies who need campaign creatives quickly—especially when you have product images or a product page and want multiple ad-ready outputs.
Do I need any design or video editing experience?
No. Each tool walks you through simple inputs like an image, prompt, product URL, or reference. Advanced controls are optional; you can generate strong first drafts without design software experience.
How do I get started?
Create a Free account (or sign in), open the dashboard, pick a tool that matches your input, upload or paste what you have, generate, then download or save to Projects. The homepage and Help Center also show recommended starting tools by workflow.
AI tools
10 QsWhich tool should I use?
If you have product photos for static ads, start with Image Ads or Creative Variations. For backgrounds, use Background Variations. For motion from a still, use Frames to Video. For prompt-only video, use Text to Video. If you have a product page, try Product URL to Video. UGC-style and multi-model video tools are available when you want alternate video styles.
What's the difference between Product to Video and URL to Video?
The difference is the starting input. Product to Video begins with product assets you already have (photos, creative direction) and turns them into a product video. URL to Video begins with a product page link and builds the video from that page’s content and imagery. In Easy Create, use Frames to Video when you have product photos, and Product URL to Video when you have a product page URL. For a written brief or script only, use Text to Video.
What's the difference between Frames to Video and AI Shorts?
The difference is how the video is created. Frames to Video starts from still images—you upload product or lifestyle photos (and an optional prompt) to generate motion. AI Shorts starts from a script or brief—you write what the short should say or show, then generate the video from text. In Easy Create, use Frames to Video for image-based shorts and Text to Video for script-driven shorts.
Can I generate both images and videos?
Yes. Image tools include Image Ads, Image Generator, Creative Variations, and Background Variations. Video tools include Frames to Video, Text to Video, reference-based Seedance tools, Product URL to Video, and more. You can also combine outputs in the Video Editor.
Can I create static ads as well as video ads?
Yes. Use Image Ads and Creative Variations for static creatives, and the video tools for motion ads. Many teams generate both from the same product imagery for full-funnel campaigns.
Can I create multiple variations from one product?
Yes. Creative Variations and Background Variations are built for exploring multiple directions from a single upload. Video tools also support regenerating or retrying outputs, and you can save winners in Projects.
Can I generate creatives from a website URL?
Yes. Product URL to Video is designed for product page URLs. Provide a clear product page with images and description for the best results.
Can I generate ads from product images?
Yes. Upload product or lifestyle images into Image Ads, Creative Variations, Background Variations, or Frames to Video. Clean, well-lit product shots usually produce the strongest results.
Can I generate content from a script?
Yes. Paste your script, talking points, or creative brief into the prompt field of a video tool—especially Text to Video—and Easy Create will generate from that direction. You can include offer details, voice tone, captions, and CTA so the output follows your copy more closely.
Can I create AI avatars?
Yes. You can create AI avatar videos in Easy Create. Choose a platform avatar in tools that support avatar references: UGC Ad Generator, Product URL to Video, Multimodel Video Generator, Reference Image to Video, Multiple Images to Video, and Video Reference to Video. Pick an avatar, add your prompt or product inputs, and generate.
Inputs & output
8 QsWhat types of files can I upload?
Most image tools accept common formats such as PNG, JPG/JPEG, and WebP. Video tools that accept video references typically support common web video formats (for example MP4/WebM). Exact limits are shown in each tool’s upload UI.
Can I upload multiple product images?
Yes for workflows that support them—especially Multiple Images to Video and tools that allow multi-file uploads. Image Ads and variations tools are typically optimized around a primary hero image; check the tool screen for multi-upload support.
Can I use my own product URL?
Yes. Paste your product page into Product URL to Video. Publicly reachable pages with product imagery and clear titles work best.
Can I use my own script?
Where a tool exposes prompt or script fields, you can paste your own copy, talking points, or creative direction. The more specific your brief (offer, audience, CTA), the closer the output will match your brand voice.
Can I add my own branding?
Yes. Many flows let you steer colors, messaging, and style via prompts and uploads. For local/dealer-style work, Local Creatives and Easy Canvas support brand imagery and layouts. Video Editor helps add finishing touches.
Can I edit the generated creative?
Yes. Change inputs and regenerate, open saved work from Projects, and use the Video Editor for timeline-style refinements. Local Creatives also includes canvas-style editing for location creatives.
What formats are available for download?
Image outputs are typically downloaded as PNG or JPG. Videos are commonly MP4. Available format options appear on each result screen after generation.
What aspect ratios are supported?
Common ad ratios such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 are supported across many tools (exact options depend on the tool). Image Generator and several video tools also expose selectable aspect ratios or size presets in the UI.
Generation
4 QsHow long does it take to generate a creative?
Simple image jobs often finish in under a minute. Video generations commonly take a few minutes depending on length, model, queue load, and resolution. Typical “how it works” ranges on the homepage are around a few minutes for video workflows.
Why does generation sometimes take longer?
Longer clips, higher resolutions, multi-step pipelines (analyze → generate → encode), busy model queues, and complex prompts can increase wait time. If a job is slow, leave the run finishing—most tools show progress or status on the result page.
Will every generation look different?
Usually yes. Generative models are non-deterministic, so the same inputs can produce useful variety. That is helpful for testing creatives, though you should still review each output for brand fit.
Can I regenerate the same creative?
Yes. Re-run with the same or slightly adjusted inputs. Some tools offer explicit regenerate/retry actions. Each successful generation may consume credits according to that tool’s pricing.
Pricing & credits
8 QsHow does pricing work?
Easy Create uses plan tiers with an included monthly AI wallet budget (Free, Starter, Pro, and Custom). Visible tools are unlocked across plans; what changes is how much monthly budget you get. Paid plans check out through Stripe.
What are AI credits?
Credits represent spending power in your AI wallet. Usage is tracked in USD-linked budgets and shown as credits in the product UI so you can see what generations cost against your plan.
How are credits calculated?
Costs differ by tool. Some image tools bill actual model usage after a successful output; Seedance-style video tools use token-based formulas after completion; fixed per-image prices apply to certain Image Generator models. See the Credit System section in Help for the current table.
What happens if I run out of credits?
New generations that require wallet spend are blocked until you add budget (upgrade plan or purchase additional credits where available). Your existing projects and downloads remain accessible.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. From billing/payment flows you can upgrade your plan for a larger monthly wallet, and credit purchase options are available where offered in the app for extra usage.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan wallets use a 30-day credit period and do not roll over unused balance to the next period. Use your monthly budget within the active period for best value.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is $0/month and includes a complimentary AI wallet grant (currently $10 / 1,000 credits equivalent) so you can try core tools before upgrading.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
You can upgrade anytime through Stripe checkout on the payment page. Downgrades or plan changes follow your Stripe subscription settings and billing cycle; contact support if you need help adjusting a paid subscription.
Commercial use
4 QsCan I use generated creatives commercially?
Yes—Easy Create is intended for business and marketing use, subject to our terms of service and the policies of the platforms where you publish ads. Always review outputs for accuracy, claims, and brand safety before spending.
Who owns the generated content?
Subject to Easy Create’s terms and applicable model-provider terms, you may use outputs you generate for your business. Ownership and license details are governed by the agreement you accept when using the service—review Terms for the definitive wording.
Can I use the content in Meta Ads and Google Ads?
Yes, creatives are commonly exported for Meta and Google campaigns when formats/aspect ratios match those platforms. You remain responsible for ad policy compliance (disclaimers, prohibited claims, landing-page consistency).
Can I use the videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube?
Yes. Export MP4 (and matching ratios like 9:16 for Stories/Reels/TikTok) and upload to those platforms. Follow each platform’s content and advertising policies.
Teams
3 QsCan my team collaborate in Easy Create?
Yes. Organization/workspace billing supports team contexts so multiple members can work under a shared workspace wallet, depending on how your account is set up. Individual projects and assets are managed inside the product.
Can agencies manage multiple clients?
Agencies typically organize work as separate projects/brands inside the workspace (for example Local Creatives brands, or projects per client). For multi-client wallet setups, use organization workspaces or contact us for Enterprise plan guidance.
Can I organize projects?
Yes. Generated work is saved to Projects so you can revisit, download, and continue editing. Local Creatives also organizes work by brand/campaign steps.
AI & security
3 QsWhich AI models does Easy Create use?
Easy Create routes jobs through specialized providers depending on the tool—for example OpenRouter-backed image/video paths for several image tools, BytePlus Seedream for Image Generator, and Seedance token-based video models for many text/video tools. Exact model choices can vary by tool and settings.
How does Easy Create choose the best AI model?
Each product tool is wired to models suited for that job (static ads, variations, Seedance video, etc.). Some tools expose model or quality options in the UI; otherwise Easy Create selects a default pipeline tuned for that workflow.
Is my uploaded data secure?
Uploads and generations are handled over authenticated sessions and stored with our cloud infrastructure for processing and project history. Use strong account credentials, and avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data unless necessary. See Terms/Privacy for policy details.
Support
4 QsDo you offer customer support?
Yes. Use the in-app Help Center for guides and the Report an Issue form for problems. For account or billing questions, reach out through the support/report channels listed in Help.
How do I report a problem?
Open Help → Report an Issue and submit the embedded form with steps to reproduce, tool name, and screenshots if possible. That helps us investigate generation or billing issues faster.
Where can I request new features?
Send feature requests through the same Report an Issue / feedback form in Help, or mention them when talking to support. We review requests alongside roadmap priorities.
Do you have tutorials or documentation?
Yes. The Help Center covers Quick Start, tools overview, per-tool guides, credit system details, and best practices. The homepage also includes How it works samples for core workflows.
Account
4 QsHow do I create an account?
Go to Sign up, enter your details, and verify your email if prompted. You can also reach Easy Create through integrated partner sign-in flows (such as Hustle) when your organization uses them.
Can I sign in with Google?
Primary Easy Create login is email and password (with verification/2FA when enabled). Google button login is not the default path on the main login screen; if your organization uses a partner SSO (for example Hustle), use that entry point instead.
How do I change my password?
Use Forgot password on the login page to reset via email. If you signed in through a partner SSO, password changes may be managed in that partner account instead.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support through Help → Report an Issue (or your account admin for organization workspaces) and request account deletion. We will confirm identity and process removal per our data practices.
Platform
3 QsWhich browsers are supported?
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Chrome or Edge generally provide the smoothest experience for uploads, canvas, and video playback.
Can I use Easy Create on mobile?
Yes via mobile browser for many flows. Complex editing (Video Editor, Local Creatives canvas) is more comfortable on desktop or tablet. Some upload and preview experiences are optimized for larger screens.
Is there an API available?
Yes. Easy Create exposes public API documentation under Public API for programmatic access (API keys and documented endpoints). Start from the Public API page in the product for current routes and usage notes.
Best practices
4 QsHow can I get the best AI-generated results?
Use clear product imagery, specific prompts (audience, offer, CTA, style), choose the right aspect ratio for the channel, and iterate with 2–3 variations instead of one long prompt. Review outputs before publishing ads.
What makes a good product image?
High resolution, sharp focus, even lighting, uncluttered background (or clean lifestyle context), and the product filling most of the frame. Avoid heavy watermarks, tiny products, or busy collage shots as the sole input.
What kind of URLs work best?
Public product detail pages with images, title, and description. Avoid login walls, empty category pages, or URLs that block scraping. Stable HTTPS links perform better than temporary redirects.
How can I improve my video quality?
Start from higher-quality source images, keep prompts concrete, pick an aspect ratio that matches the destination platform, and prefer shorter focused clips. Regenerate weak takes and polish timing/text in Video Editor when needed.
